Storage

These are homemade crackers with no added chemicals or preservatives. They are sold in recyclable airtight packaging. We recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. They are so delicious that we are sure they won’t last long but once opened please store them in an airtight container. They should last up to a month in an airtight container.

These crackers contain Sesame Seeds.
Our products are made with ingredients that are naturally gluten and grain free.
Whilst they are naturally gluten free and our processes try to ensure that they remain gluten free, they are made in a commercial kitchen and may contain traces of gluten, nuts and other allergens.

Important Ordering and Delivery Information

At the moment we can only deliver in the UK

Please note that deliveries are sent out on Mondays to Thursdays. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

The minimum order is for 3 bags of crackers.

Our delivery policy:

We use Royal Mail tracked service to send out all of our deliveries which typically take 2-5 business days. We send out all deliveries between Mondays and Thursdays. Once you have placed an order we will get in touch with you to confirm that your delivery has been processed and has been sent out. As our snacks made to order it may take a few days to prepare your order but we will always let you know. If there are any issues with your delivery or the products please do get in touch with us directly.

Returns and Refunds:

You can cancel an order anytime before we have started production. You will get an email notification to let you know that your order is being produced and once that has been sent no refunds will be processed. However if there is an issue with your delivery or the products themselves please do get in touch with us and we will provide a refund if the goods are damaged or do not meet your expectations.
